The Spanish Programme includes:
- Accomodation and Full Board (breakfast, lunch & dinner) from Monday to Friday and Bed and Breakfast on Saturday and Sunday
- Spanish course from Monday to Friday from 09,10h to 14,00h in 5 sessions of 50 minutes each day
- Everyday room cleaning
- Sheets and towels provided
- Course materials

The Spanish Programme DOES NOT include:
- Travel costs
- Transfers from/to the hotel
- Lunch and dinner on Saturday and Sunday
- Any personal charges while in hotel, such as drinks in the bar, phone calls or anything not included in the full board menu
- Participation in voluntary leisure activities and excursions (if not otherwise indicated)

Minimum Stay
Minimum stay of 6 nights required (from Sunday to Saturday)

Number of Participants
- When the minimum number of 4 participants required for the Spanish course has not been reached, the course shall have only 20 sessions per week, but al least one excursion will be included on the price
- The maximum number of participants in the same group shall be 10.

Meals Timetable
- All Spanish Programme participants shall have breakfast, lunch & dinner at the same table, at the same time, according to the timetable provided.
- On Saturday and Sunday breakfast is served whenever desired from 08.00h to 11,00h

Age Limit
Spanish Programme has no age limit, but all participants shall have reached the age of 18.
Payment Conditions
- An advance payment shall be done at least two weeks before commencement of the course.
375 euros for the one-week programme and 500 € for the two-weeks programme.
- This payment is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
- The rest of the programme price shall be paid when arriving at the hotel
- All non-included expenses are to be paid directly to the hotel
- Should the Spanish Programme participant leaves the course or the hotel accomodation before the end of the period of notice, he shall not be entitled to claim any reimbursement of payments already effected.
